Alekos Designs™ is a full-service creative agency offering website plans, unlimited design plans, branding, digital content, print design, and video editing.

Clients submit design requests through our design request forms (https://www.alekosdesigns.com/design-request)or by emailing sales@alekosdesigns.com. After your details are submitted, our team begins production and provides proofs for review and revisions.

The typical turnaround time for an initial proof is 1–3 business days. More complex projects may take longer, in which case we’ll provide an estimated delivery timeline.

Yes. All services include revisions during the review process to ensure the final result meets your expectations. Revisions requested after a final has been approved may result in additional costs.

Alekos Designs™ does not require down payments to begin most projects. However, if a client chooses to provide a down payment, their project will receive a higher priority service level. For larger-scope or custom projects—including but not limited to books, digital decks, or complex custom deliverables—we may require a down payment after the initial proof or project outline is approved. This helps ensure proper allocation of time and resources for larger engagements. In cases where projects are unapproved or abandoned after proofs and revisions have been provided, Alekos Designs™ reserves the right to charge for time and work completed, as outlined in our Terms of Service.

Final files are delivered in professional, industry-standard formats appropriate for web, print, or digital use depending on the project.

Once payment obligations are met, all approved designs belong to the client.
