Marketing Plan Terms of Service
Overview
These Marketing Plan Terms of Service govern all Marketing Plans offered by Alekos Designs™ including, but not limited to:
Starter Marketing
Marketing Plus
Growth Marketing
On-Demand
By signing up for a Marketing Plan, the client agrees to these terms in addition to any applicable Website Plan Terms, Refund Policies, Privacy Policies, and other policies published by Alekos Designs™.
Content and Intellectual Property
Client Content
Clients are welcome to provide their own content, photos, videos, branding assets, and marketing materials. If content is not provided, Alekos Designs™ may create suitable content, copy, graphics, captions, marketing materials, and recommendations based on available information.
Intellectual Property
The client retains intellectual property rights to all approved and paid-for content, graphics, videos, designs, and marketing materials created under their Marketing Plan. Upon request, Alekos Designs™ will provide approved files and working files through a cloud storage platform supplied by the client, such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive. For security purposes, Alekos Designs™ does not provide access to its internal storage systems or cloud infrastructure.
Licensed Content
Marketing Plans may include licensed stock images, videos, music, graphics, and creative assets. Ownership of these licenses remains with the original licensing provider and is not transferred to the client.

Once the Monthly Content Strategy is approved, Alekos Designs™ will the create content and provide a design proof for client review and approval. Proofs may be delivered through Google Slides, PDFs, cloud-based presentation systems, or other approved methods.
Client Approval Responsibility
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving content in a timely manner.
Delays in approvals, requests for significant revisions, or changes submitted after approval may impact:

Alekos Designs™ reserves the right to adjust content schedules, publishing dates, and production timelines as necessary.
Proofing and Approval
All proofs must be approved in writing via email or another written communication method approved by Alekos Designs™.

Phone Numbers

Final Content
Once approved, responsibility for errors transfers to the client.
Request Process
On-Demand Services
On-Demand clients may submit multiple requests at any time.

While there is no set limit on the number of requests submitted, clients should allow sufficient time for completion, particularly when submitting high-volume or complex requests. Alekos Designs™ reserves the right to prioritize and organize requests to maintain quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.

Services Outside Scope
Services that fall outside the selected Marketing Plan may be quoted and billed separately. Alekos Designs™ will communicate any additional costs before work begins.
Strategy Meetings
Growth Marketing
Growth Marketing includes one (1) Monthly Strategy Meeting. Meetings are typically up to sixty (60) minutes in length.
On-Demand
On-Demand includes Weekly Strategy Meetings. Meetings are typically up to thirty (30) minutes in length.
Meetings may be conducted through:

Zoom
Phone
Microsoft Teams (At the request of client)
Unused meetings do not roll over to future billing periods.
Social Media Management
Supported Platforms
Starter Marketing and Marketing Plus are designed primarily for:
Facebook
Instagram
Growth Marketing may also include content and engagement support for Google Business Profile where applicable.
Additional platforms may be supported through On-Demand plans or separate agreements.
Platform Access
Clients are responsible for providing account access, permissions, credentials, or business account authorization needed to schedule and publish content.
Post Scheduling
Facebook and Instagram scheduling is primarily managed through Meta Business Suite. For additional platforms, clients must provide the required access or login credentials. If a client requests the use of a third-party scheduling platform, the client is responsible for all associated software costs.
Platform Compliance
Alekos Designs™ will not publish content that violates platform policies or community guidelines.
Google Ads Management
Eligible Marketing Plans may include Google Ads setup and monthly optimization. For websites built and managed by Alekos Designs™ through Wix Studio, Google Ads campaigns may be managed through Wix advertising tools. For websites not built or managed by Alekos Designs™, Google Ads services may be provided directly through the Google Ads platform.

Monthly Optimization
Advanced PPC strategy, conversion tracking implementation, attribution modeling, campaign testing, retargeting strategy, enterprise-level campaign management, and other specialized advertising services are outside the scope of standard Marketing Plans and may require a dedicated marketing specialist.
All advertising spend is paid directly by the client to Google.
Alekos Designs™ does not collect, manage, or mark up advertising budgets.
Organic Engagement Support
Certain Marketing Plans may include Organic Engagement Support. Organic Engagement Support includes participation in the Alekos Designs™ Organic Engagement Network. As part of this network, Alekos Designs™ may use other client accounts that participate in the program to like approved content on Facebook and Instagram. In exchange, participating accounts may also receive likes from other participating accounts within the network.
Organic Engagement Support is strictly limited to likes only. It does not include sharing, reposting, saving, commenting, following, direct messaging, or any other form of engagement unless expressly stated in the applicable Marketing Plan or agreed to separately in writing.
This service is intended to help increase visibility and activity on participating Facebook and Instagram accounts. Organic Engagement Support does not guarantee reach, impressions, engagement, followers, leads, sales, conversions, or any other marketing results. Alekos Designs™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Organic Engagement Network at any time to comply with platform policies, industry best practices, or changes to social media platform functionality.
Organic Engagement Support+
On-Demand plans may include Organic Engagement Support+, which includes all benefits of Organic Engagement Support as well as assistance with responding to social media comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries. Responses may be generated using ChatGPT Pro and reviewed by Alekos Designs™. During the initial onboarding period, Alekos Designs™ may provide example responses, request feedback, or seek approval from the client to ensure communication aligns with the client's brand voice, policies, and expectations. Once communication preferences have been established, Alekos Designs™ may respond to routine comments and inquiries on the client's behalf. Any comments, messages, or inquiries involving sensitive matters, customer complaints, legal concerns, refund requests, reputation-sensitive situations, pricing disputes, service-specific questions, appointment scheduling, reservations, bookings, availability inquiries, or questions outside of established guidelines may be escalated to the client for review and approval before a response is provided. Organic Engagement Support+ is intended to assist with routine engagement and communication. It is not a replacement for an internal receptionist, secretary, appointment coordinator, customer service representative, sales representative, or other administrative staff member. Clients remain responsible for managing appointments, reservations, bookings, scheduling, customer records, and business operations. Alekos Designs™ reserves the right to defer, decline, or escalate responses that require direct client involvement, specialized knowledge, legal review, business-specific decision-making, or access to scheduling and booking systems.
Meta Post Boosting
Marketing Plans may include Meta Post Boosting support. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own Meta advertising account and payment method.
Advertising budgets are billed directly by Meta and are not included in Marketing Plan pricing.
Google Review Management
Marketing Plans may include Google Review Management. Clients must provide access to their Google Business Profile. Responses may be created using ChatGPT Pro and reviewed by Alekos Designs™ for professionalism, tone, and consistency. Reviews requiring personalized attention, legal review, or reputation-sensitive handling may be forwarded to the client for direct response. Alekos Designs™ reserves the right to defer or decline responses when appropriate. Upon request and subject to a separate agreement, Alekos Designs™ may also provide review management support for additional review platforms such as Yelp, Reward Networks, Facebook Reviews, TripAdvisor, and other approved review platforms. Availability, pricing, and scope of service may vary depending on the platform and level of support required.
Email Marketing Strategy
Growth Marketing and On-Demand plans may include Monthly Email Marketing Strategy services.

Where a client has an active Alekos Designs™ Website Plan, email design and scheduling services are included using the email marketing features and sending allowances available within the selected Website Plan. If additional email marketing capacity is required, clients may upgrade their Wix Email Marketing plan directly through Wix. Clients are responsible for all Wix Email Marketing upgrade fees. Please refer to the Website Plan Terms and Email Marketing Policies for additional information regarding Wix email marketing features, limitations, and sending allowances. Clients may also choose to use third-party email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar services. Clients are responsible for all third-party platform fees, subscriptions, upgrades, and account management costs.
Monthly Analytics Reports
Growth Marketing and On-Demand plans may include Monthly Analytics Reports. Reports are generated using available data from Meta, Wix Analytics, and other approved platforms connected to the client's account. Analytics reports are prepared using a combination of platform data, AI-assisted analysis, and Alekos Designs™ reporting workflows. Reports may include information related to reach, engagement, website activity, content performance, audience trends, and other available metrics. Reports are typically delivered via email on or around the client's monthly billing date. Analytics reports are intended for informational purposes only and do not guarantee future performance, rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, sales, or marketing outcomes.

Website Plan Inclusion
Where a Marketing Plan includes a Website Plan, the included website must be one of Alekos Designs™' eligible Wix Studio Website Plans. Alekos Designs™ specializes exclusively in Wix Studio websites and does not provide website development, maintenance, or support for third-party website platforms as part of Marketing Plans. Clients may select any eligible Alekos Designs™ Website Plan available at the time of signup.
Wholesale Printing and Shipping Rates
On-Demand clients may receive access to wholesale printing and shipping rates through Alekos Designs™' approved vendor network. Clients pay vendors directly. Alekos Designs™ does not mark up approved vendor pricing for eligible On-Demand clients. Clients may choose to work with vendors outside of Alekos Designs™' recommended vendor network. While Alekos Designs™ is happy to prepare files for third-party vendors, Alekos Designs™ cannot guarantee pricing, production quality, delivery timelines, customer service, or final output from vendors outside of its approved network.

Professional filming services, professional voice talent, storyboarding, and advanced video production services are not included unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Internal Tools and Software Usage
Alekos Designs™ utilizes professional software, creative tools, marketing platforms, and licensed content libraries to deliver services.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
Adobe Creative Cloud
Magnet Feed
ChatGPT Pro
Focus Pro
Google Meet
Zoom
Licensed Stock Content Libraries
These tools are used exclusively by Alekos Designs™.
Clients are not provided software licenses, subscriptions, accounts, or platform access through their Marketing Plan.
Pricing and Payment Terms
Subscription Billing
Marketing Plans are billed monthly. Clients receiving a free trial will not be charged at signup. Billing begins automatically at the end of the applicable free trial period and continues monthly thereafter.
Credit Card On File
All Marketing Plans require a valid payment method on file.
Transaction Fee
A 4% transaction fee applies to all payments.
Failed Payments
Marketing Plans include a fourteen (14) day grace period for failed payments. During this period, Alekos Designs™ may attempt to process the payment method on file.
If payment is not successfully collected within fourteen (14) days:
Services may be paused
The subscription may be canceled
Clients wishing to resume services may sign up again through the website. Re-enrollment does not include a new free trial period.

Add-ons are billed separately and are non-refundable.

If an add-on is not included in a Marketing Plan, Alekos Designs™ will notify the client prior to purchase.
Business Coverage
Each Marketing Plan is intended for one business entity, one brand, and one primary website. Marketing Plans do not include services for multiple businesses, multiple brands, franchise groups, holding companies, or unrelated business entities unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Additional businesses, brands, locations, or websites may require separate plans or additional fees. Alekos Designs™ reserves the right to determine whether multiple businesses, brands, or entities fall within the scope of a single Marketing Plan.
Free Trial Deliverables
Free Trial deliverables vary based on the selected Marketing Plan and the information provided by the client. Depending on the selected plan, a Free Trial may include a sample content strategy, social media content examples, content proofs, a homepage website proof, marketing recommendations, or other agreed-upon deliverables designed to demonstrate the value of Alekos Designs™' services. Alekos Designs™ reserves the right to determine the scope and format of Free Trial deliverables based on the selected plan, project requirements, and available information. Free Trial deliverables are intended for evaluation purposes and do not guarantee future results, performance, rankings, leads, conversions, sales, or any other specific outcome.
Data and Security
Client information is stored using secure third-party platforms including:

Alekos Designs™ utilizes commercially reasonable security practices and antivirus protection. Client information is not sold or shared except where necessary to provide services.

Alekos Designs™ makes no guarantees regarding:

Advertising Performance
Marketing Outcomes
Limitation of Liability
Alekos Designs™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services.
Cancellations and Renewals
Marketing Plans may be canceled at any time. Services terminate upon cancellation. Renewals occur automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Please refer to the Refund Policy for additional information.
Changes to Terms
Alekos Designs™ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
