Marketing Plan Terms of Service
Overview
These Marketing Plan Terms of Service govern all Marketing Plans offered by Alekos Designs™, including but not limited to:
Starter Marketing
Marketing Plus
Growth Marketing
On-Demand
By signing up for a Marketing Plan, the client agrees to these terms in addition to any applicable Website Plan Terms, Refund Policies, Privacy Policies, and other policies published by Alekos Designs™.
Plan Deliverables and Content Frequency
Marketing Plan deliverables are determined by the plan selected by the client at signup. Content is planned, created, reviewed, scheduled, and published according to the approved Monthly Content Strategy, available platform functionality, client-provided access, and the terms outlined below.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the listed quantity of social media posts, stories, reels, blogs, FAQs, or other content refers to the number of unique content items included. A single content item may be adapted and published across the platforms included with the selected plan and does not represent a separate, unique content item for every platform.
Monthly Content Allowance
Weekly social media content quantities listed with each Marketing Plan are scheduled according to the client's approved Monthly Content Strategy. For service and production purposes, Alekos Designs™ calculates monthly content allowances using a maximum of five (5) weeks per monthly billing period. For example, a plan that includes two (2) social media posts per week may include up to ten (10) social media posts during a monthly billing period. Additional requested content may be accommodated within the client's remaining monthly content allowance when available. Requests exceeding the applicable monthly content allowance will be billed separately at the applicable service rate.
On-Demand Content Requests
On-Demand Marketing is not subject to a predetermined monthly content allowance. Clients may submit content and creative requests as needed throughout their active subscription; however, On-Demand does not guarantee that any quantity of work can be completed within a specific timeframe. Requests are fulfilled based on project complexity, production requirements, current workload, client deadlines, required approvals, and the volume of requests submitted. High-volume requests, including requests for a substantial number of deliverables within a short period, may require additional production time and will be scheduled accordingly. Alekos Designs™ reserves the right to establish reasonable production timelines, prioritize requests, and advise when the requested volume, frequency, or publishing schedule is not practical, appropriate, or reasonably achievable. On-Demand services are intended to provide flexible access to ongoing creative and marketing support while maintaining reasonable production standards, content quality, and effective marketing practices.
Scheduling and Availability
Weekly, monthly, and daily deliverables are planned according to the approved Monthly Content Strategy. Exact publishing dates may vary based on client approvals, content needs, holidays, platform functionality, campaign priorities, and the overall marketing schedule.
Delays in client approvals, access restrictions, platform outages, policy restrictions, missing information, or requested changes may delay, reschedule, restructure, or reduce the content that can reasonably be published during the applicable period.
Unused posts, stories, reels, blogs, FAQs, meetings, reports, or other plan deliverables do not roll over to future billing periods and have no cash value. Unused deliverables do not result in credits, refunds, substitutions, or reductions in the Marketing Plan fee.
The deliverables included during a Free Trial are governed by the Free Trial Deliverables section of these Terms and may not include the complete recurring frequency of the selected Marketing Plan.
Content and Intellectual Property
Client Content
Clients are welcome to provide their own content, photos, videos, branding assets, and marketing materials. If content is not provided, Alekos Designs™ may create suitable content, copy, graphics, captions, marketing materials, and recommendations based on available information.
Intellectual Property
The client retains intellectual property rights to all approved and paid-for content, graphics, videos, designs, and marketing materials created under their Marketing Plan.
Upon request, Alekos Designs™ will provide approved files and working files through a cloud storage platform supplied by the client, such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive.
For security purposes, Alekos Designs™ does not provide access to its internal storage systems or cloud infrastructure.
Licensed Content
Marketing Plans may include licensed stock images, videos, music, graphics, and creative assets. Ownership of these licenses remains with the original licensing provider and is not transferred to the client.

The Monthly Content Strategy may be delivered through Google Sheets or another approved planning platform and may be made available for client review and edits.
Content Creation and Design Proof
Once the Monthly Content Strategy is approved, Alekos Designs™ will then create the content and provide a design proof for client review and approval.
Design proofs may include the applicable posting date, caption, call to action, hashtags, and a visual preview of the proposed design. Proofs may be delivered through Google Slides, PDFs, cloud-based presentation systems, or other approved methods.
Client Approval Responsibility
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving the Monthly Content Strategy and design proofs in a timely manner.

Alekos Designs™ reserves the right to adjust content schedules, publishing dates, campaign structures, and production timelines as necessary to accommodate delayed approvals, revisions, or changes requested after approval.
Proofing and Approval
All proofs must be approved in writing via email or another written communication method approved by Alekos Designs™.

Final Content
Once approved, responsibility for errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or client-requested content transfers to the client.
Blog and FAQ Management
Growth Marketing includes four (4) SEO and GEO optimized blog entries and four (4) SEO and GEO optimized FAQ entries per week.
On-Demand includes one (1) SEO and GEO optimized blog entry and one (1) SEO and GEO optimized FAQ entry per calendar day.
These Marketing Plan quantities replace, rather than supplement, the three monthly blog entries and three monthly FAQ entries that may otherwise be included with the client’s selected Website Plan. Blog and FAQ quantities from the Website Plan and Marketing Plan are not combined.
Alekos Designs™ may use professional research, ChatGPT Pro, Wix tools, client-provided information, publicly available information, and other approved resources to create and optimize blog and FAQ content.
Blog and FAQ services require an active website with the appropriate blog and FAQ functionality and the access necessary for Alekos Designs™ to publish the content.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving factual statements, professional claims, prices, legal disclosures, medical or financial information, business information, images, and other industry-specific content before publication.
Content requiring original interviews, academic research, legal analysis, medical expertise, financial advice, original reporting, or other specialized professional knowledge may require client-provided materials or a separate written agreement.
If a client chooses not to maintain a blog or FAQ section, does not provide the required access, or declines the included content, Marketing Plan pricing and billing remain unchanged. Unused blog and FAQ deliverables do not roll over and have no cash value.
Reels and Video Support
Growth Marketing Reels
Growth Marketing includes four (4) reels per monthly billing period.
Clients may provide original video footage, photographs, audio, branding assets, or other materials for use in their reels. When suitable client footage is unavailable, Alekos Designs™ may create reels using licensed stock video, licensed images, graphics, text, animation, AI-generated voiceovers, or other approved content.

Clients must provide original footage when the requested video requires business-specific employees, products, locations, services, demonstrations, testimonials, or events that cannot reasonably be represented through stock content.
Alekos Designs™ does not provide on-site filming, photography, professional voice talent, physical production crews, advanced storyboarding, or in-person video production unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Social Media Profile Optimization
Marketing Plans that include Social Media Profile Optimization may receive an initial or periodic review of applicable social media profiles.

Social Media Profile Optimization is subject to the functionality, limitations, approval requirements, and policies of each platform.

On-Demand Services
On-Demand clients may submit multiple requests at any time.

Applicable Logo, Digital, Print, Video, Website, and other service policies remain in effect for On-Demand requests involving those services.

Active Request Queue
While there is no set limit on the number of requests submitted, clients should allow sufficient time for completion, particularly when submitting high-volume or complex requests.
Alekos Designs™ reserves the right to prioritize, organize, combine, and schedule requests to maintain quality, accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery.
No Rush Fees
On-Demand clients are not charged a separate rush fee for eligible On-Demand requests.
On-Demand requests receive the highest available priority within the Alekos Designs™ production queue. When a client requests same-day or expedited completion and the request can reasonably be completed within the requested timeframe, Alekos Designs™ will make commercially reasonable efforts to prioritize and complete the request as quickly as possible.
No Rush Fees does not guarantee same-day, next-day, or expedited completion. Completion remains subject to project complexity, production volume, client responsiveness, required content, approvals, vendor timelines, platform availability, and the active request queue.

Alekos Designs™ typically provides:

Services Outside Scope
Services that fall outside the selected Marketing Plan may be quoted and billed separately. Alekos Designs™ will communicate any additional costs before work begins.
Strategy Meetings
Growth Marketing
Growth Marketing includes one (1) Monthly Strategy Meeting. Meetings are typically up to sixty (60) minutes in length.
On-Demand
On-Demand includes Weekly Strategy Meetings. Meetings are typically up to thirty (30) minutes in length.

Social Media Management
Supported Platforms
Starter Marketing and Marketing Plus include content scheduling and publishing across up to two (2) supported social media platforms selected by the client.
Growth Marketing includes content scheduling and publishing across up to three (3) supported social media platforms selected by the client, in addition to four (4) Google Business Profile Updates per week.
On-Demand may include content scheduling and publishing across an approved platform mix selected by the client.
Supported platforms may include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, X, Google Business Profile, or other approved platforms, subject to account access, platform functionality, content requirements, and Alekos Designs™’ ability to reasonably provide the requested service.
Clients may select fewer than the maximum number of platforms included with their Marketing Plan. Selecting fewer platforms does not reduce the monthly Marketing Plan fee, create unused platform credits, result in refunds, or automatically increase the number of included deliverables.
Where a selected platform does not support Stories or would not benefit from the originally included content format, Alekos Designs™ may, at its discretion and in consultation with the client, substitute a comparable or more appropriate content format. This may include substituting an additional post or another platform-appropriate content item.
Content substitutions are determined by Alekos Designs™ based on the client’s selected platforms, goals, content needs, and production requirements. A substitution does not establish a guaranteed exchange rate between posts, Stories, platforms, or other deliverables and does not alter the Marketing Plan price.
Social media Stories are provided only on platforms that support Stories or a comparable temporary-content format.
Platform Access
Clients are responsible for providing account access, permissions, credentials, business account authorization, verification, and any other access required to schedule and publish content.
Alekos Designs™ is not responsible for missed content, delays, or unavailable features caused by missing access, revoked permissions, account restrictions, platform verification, login issues, or client account settings.
Post Scheduling
Facebook and Instagram scheduling is primarily managed through Meta Business Suite.
For additional platforms, clients must provide the required access or login credentials.
If a client requests the use of a third-party scheduling platform, the client is responsible for all associated software subscriptions, fees, upgrades, and account costs.
Alekos Designs™ does not include third-party scheduling software subscriptions within Marketing Plan pricing.
Platform Compliance
Alekos Designs™ will not publish content that violates platform policies, advertising standards, intellectual property requirements, community guidelines, or applicable laws.
Alekos Designs™ reserves the right to decline, revise, remove, or delay content that may violate platform requirements or create legal, reputational, or account-related risks.
Google Ads Management Through Wix Studio
On-Demand includes Google Ads setup and monthly optimization through Wix Studio’s integrated Google Ads tools.
Marketing Plus and Growth Marketing receive Google Ads services only to the extent those services are included with the client’s selected Website Plan. Those services are also governed by the Website Plan Terms.
All Google Ads services provided by Alekos Designs™ under a Marketing Plan are managed through Wix Studio. Alekos Designs™ does not provide Google Ads management directly through the standalone Google Ads platform for websites outside of Wix Studio.

Advanced PPC strategy, conversion tracking implementation, attribution modeling, campaign testing, retargeting strategy, enterprise-level campaign management, advanced audience segmentation, and other specialized advertising services are not included.
Clients requiring advanced advertising services should work with a dedicated marketing or paid-media specialist.
All advertising spend is paid directly by the client through Wix Studio and is not included in Marketing Plan pricing.
Alekos Designs™ does not collect, manage, or mark up advertising budgets and does not guarantee clicks, impressions, leads, conversions, sales, or other advertising results.
Organic Engagement Support
Certain Marketing Plans may include Organic Engagement Support.
Organic Engagement Support includes participation in the Alekos Designs™ Organic Engagement Network. As part of this network, Alekos Designs™ may use other client accounts that participate in the program to like approved content on Facebook and Instagram. In exchange, participating accounts may also receive likes from other participating accounts within the network.
Organic Engagement Support is strictly limited to likes only. It does not include sharing, reposting, saving, commenting, following, direct messaging, or any other form of engagement unless expressly stated in the applicable Marketing Plan or agreed to separately in writing.
This service is intended to help increase visibility and activity on participating Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Organic Engagement Support does not guarantee reach, impressions, engagement, followers, leads, sales, conversions, or any other marketing results.
Alekos Designs™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Organic Engagement Network at any time to comply with platform policies, industry best practices, or changes to social media platform functionality.
Post Boosting
Marketing Plans may include Post Boosting support for eligible, approved posts published through supported social media platforms.
Clients are responsible for maintaining the advertising account, payment method, account access, permissions, and advertising budget required by the selected platform.
All advertising budgets and platform charges are billed directly by the applicable social media or advertising platform to the client and are not included in Marketing Plan pricing. Alekos Designs™ does not collect, manage, or mark up Post Boosting budgets.
Post Boosting is limited to promoting eligible, approved posts through the client’s selected platform account. Availability depends on the platform’s advertising functionality, account eligibility, content requirements, geographic availability, and advertising policies.
Post Boosting does not include advanced advertising strategy, retargeting, campaign testing, attribution modeling, conversion tracking implementation, advanced audience segmentation, or enterprise-level campaign management unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Alekos Designs™ does not guarantee reach, impressions, clicks, engagement, followers, leads, conversions, sales, or other advertising outcomes.
Customer Review Management
Certain Marketing Plans may include Customer Review Management. Alekos Designs™ may monitor and respond to customer reviews through Google Business Profile and other supported review platforms where Alekos Designs™ has the necessary account access, permissions, notifications, or other reasonable means to manage and respond to reviews.
Review responses may be created using ChatGPT Pro and reviewed by Alekos Designs™ for professionalism, tone, accuracy, and consistency with the client’s brand. During the initial setup process, Alekos Designs™ may work with the client to establish preferred response guidelines, contact information, or instructions for handling specific types of reviews.
Reviews requiring personalized attention, customer service intervention, legal review, reputation-sensitive handling, or information that Alekos Designs™ cannot reasonably verify may be forwarded to the client for guidance or direct response. Alekos Designs™ reserves the right to defer, decline, modify, or escalate a response when appropriate.
Support for review platforms other than Google Business Profile is subject to platform functionality, available access, notification capabilities, and Alekos Designs™’ ability to reasonably manage reviews through that platform. Clients are responsible for providing any required account access, permissions, email notifications, or other information necessary to provide Customer Review Management.
Email Marketing Strategy
Growth Marketing and On-Demand may include Monthly Email Marketing Strategy services.

Where a client has an active Alekos Designs™ Website Plan, email design and scheduling services are included using the email marketing features and sending allowances available within the selected Website Plan.
If additional email marketing capacity is required, clients may upgrade their Wix Email Marketing Plan directly through Wix. Clients are responsible for all Wix Email Marketing upgrade fees.
Please refer to the Website Plan Terms and Email Marketing Policies for additional information regarding Wix email marketing features, limitations, and sending allowances.
Clients may also choose to use third-party email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar services.
Alekos Designs™ may provide design and scheduling support through an approved third-party platform when the platform includes a compatible editor and the client provides access.
Clients are responsible for all third-party platform fees, subscriptions, upgrades, sending costs, and account management expenses.
Monthly Analytics Report
Growth Marketing and On-Demand include one (1) Monthly Analytics Report per monthly billing period.
Available analytics are pulled from Meta and Wix Analytics using the client’s connected accounts and available platform data.
A written report is created using a combination of platform data, AI-assisted analysis, ChatGPT Pro, and Alekos Designs™ reporting workflows. Reports may include available information related to:

Engagement
Social Media Content Performance
Website Activity
Traffic Sources
Audience Trends
Other Available Metrics
The Monthly Analytics Report is scheduled to be delivered by email on the client’s monthly billing date.
Clients must maintain the account access, permissions, connections, and analytics functionality required for Alekos Designs™ to collect the applicable data.
Platform reporting delays, incomplete data, disabled tracking, missing permissions, account restrictions, platform outages, or unavailable metrics may delay delivery or reduce the completeness of a report.
Analytics Reports are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee future performance, rankings, traffic, reach, leads, conversions, sales, or other marketing outcomes.
Major Holidays and Observances
Alekos Designs™ may incorporate content for major U.S. holidays and widely recognized observances into the Monthly Content Strategy for all Marketing Plans when appropriate for the client’s business, audience, brand, and selected platforms.

Holiday and observance content is included within the regular content allowance of the selected Marketing Plan and does not automatically constitute additional posts, Stories, or other deliverables beyond the plan’s included content allowance.
Additional industry-specific, organizational, military, cultural, awareness-based, or custom observances may be incorporated when appropriate or requested by the client and are subject to the client’s applicable content allowance, approved Monthly Content Strategy, and production schedule.
Alekos Designs™ reserves the right to determine which holidays and observances are appropriate for each client based on the client’s business, brand, audience, industry, and marketing strategy. Clients may also request that specific holidays or observances be included or excluded from their content strategy.
Website Plan Inclusion
Where a Marketing Plan includes a Website Plan, the included website must be one of Alekos Designs™’ eligible Wix Studio Website Plans.
Alekos Designs™ specializes exclusively in Wix Studio websites and does not provide website development, maintenance, or support for Wix Classic, WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow, custom-coded websites, or other third-party website platforms as part of Marketing Plans.
Clients may select any eligible Alekos Designs™ Website Plan available at the time of signup.
All Website Plan services remain subject to the Website Plan Terms of Service.
Where the selected Marketing Plan includes increased blog or FAQ quantities, the Marketing Plan quantities replace the blog and FAQ quantities included with the Website Plan. The quantities are not combined.
Wholesale Printing and Shipping Rates
On-Demand clients may receive access to wholesale printing and shipping rates through Alekos Designs™’ approved vendor network.
Clients pay approved vendors directly.
Alekos Designs™ does not mark up approved vendor pricing for eligible On-Demand clients.
Clients may choose to work with vendors outside of Alekos Designs™’ recommended vendor network. Alekos Designs™ is happy to prepare approved print files for outside vendors; however, Alekos Designs™ cannot guarantee or accept responsibility for an outside vendor’s pricing, customer service, production quality, color accuracy, materials, turnaround times, shipping, delivery, or final output.
Print design, proof approval, file preparation, vendor production, and related services remain subject to the applicable Print Policy.
Internal Tools and Software Usage
Alekos Designs™ utilizes professional software, creative tools, marketing platforms, AI tools, and licensed content libraries to deliver services.

Google Meet
Zoom
Licensed Stock Content Libraries
These tools are used exclusively by Alekos Designs™.
Clients are not provided software licenses, subscriptions, accounts, stock-library access, or internal platform access through their Marketing Plan.
Clients may request that Alekos Designs™ work within a client-owned account or approved platform when the client provides access and the platform is compatible with the requested service.
Pricing and Payment Terms
Subscription Billing
Marketing Plans are billed monthly.
Starter Marketing, Marketing Plus, and Growth Marketing include a seven (7) day Free Trial.
On-Demand includes a fourteen (14) day Free Trial.
Clients receiving a Free Trial will not be charged at signup.
Unless canceled before the Free Trial ends, the first monthly subscription payment will be processed automatically at the end of the applicable Free Trial period.
Monthly billing will continue automatically on the same calendar date each month thereafter.
Payment Method on File
All Marketing Plans require a valid payment method on file.
Transaction Fee
A 4% transaction fee applies to all payments.
Failed Payments
Marketing Plans include a fourteen (14) day grace period for failed payments.
During this period, Alekos Designs™ may attempt to process the payment method on file.
Services may be paused while payment remains outstanding.
If payment is not successfully collected within fourteen (14) days, the subscription may be canceled.
Clients wishing to resume services must sign up again through the website.
Re-enrollment does not include a new Free Trial period.
Add-Ons
Add-ons are billed separately and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in an applicable policy.

If a requested add-on is not included in the selected Marketing Plan, Alekos Designs™ will notify the client of any applicable cost before purchase or work begins.
Business Coverage
Each Marketing Plan is intended for one business entity, one brand, and one primary website.
Marketing Plans do not include services for multiple businesses, multiple brands, franchise groups, holding companies, unrelated business entities, or multiple primary websites unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Additional businesses, brands, locations, or websites may require separate plans or additional fees.
Alekos Designs™ reserves the right to determine whether multiple businesses, brands, locations, websites, or entities fall within the scope of a single Marketing Plan.
Free Trial Deliverables
Free Trial deliverables vary based on the selected Marketing Plan and the information provided by the client.

Alekos Designs™ reserves the right to determine the scope, quantity, format, and delivery method of Free Trial deliverables based on the selected plan, available information, project requirements, and production capacity.
Free Trial deliverables are intended for evaluation purposes and do not guarantee future results, performance, rankings, traffic, reach, engagement, leads, conversions, sales, or any other specific outcome.

Client information may be stored and processed through secure third-party platforms, including:

Google Workspace
Meta
Approved Printing Vendors
Other Approved Service Providers Required To Deliver Marketing Services
Alekos Designs™ utilizes commercially reasonable security practices and antivirus protection.
Client information is not sold and is shared only when reasonably necessary to provide services, process payments, manage accounts, publish content, complete approved projects, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their own account credentials and promptly notifying Alekos Designs™ if access should be removed, updated, or restricted.

Results may vary based on the client’s industry, audience, competition, budget, offers, products, services, website, approvals, account access, platform algorithms, third-party systems, and other factors outside of Alekos Designs™’ control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alekos Designs™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of, inability to use, delay, interruption, suspension, or cancellation of its services.
Alekos Designs™ is not responsible for platform outages, account restrictions, removed content, algorithm changes, third-party service failures, rejected advertisements, suspended accounts, lost access, client-provided inaccuracies, or other events outside of its reasonable control.
Cancellations and Renewals
Marketing Plans may be canceled at any time.
Cancellation prevents the Marketing Plan from renewing for an additional billing period.
For active paid subscriptions, Marketing Plan services will remain active through the end of the client’s current paid billing period. After the paid billing period ends, content creation, scheduling, engagement support, meetings, reporting, website-related benefits, and all other Marketing Plan services will terminate unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Clients canceling during a Free Trial must cancel before the Free Trial ends to avoid the first monthly subscription charge.
Renewals occur automatically unless the client cancels before the next billing date.
Refunds are generally not provided for partially used billing periods, unused deliverables, missed meetings, delayed approvals, or unused services. Please refer to the Refund Policy for additional information.
Changes to Terms
Alekos Designs™ reserves the right to update or modify these Marketing Plan Terms of Service at any time.
When reasonably appropriate, clients may be notified of material changes.
Continued use of services after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
