Services Provided
Alekos Designs offers three website plans. Each plan covers one website:

Payment Terms
Subscription Fees: Monthly fees are due upon receipt of the invoice.
Transaction Fee: A 4% transaction fee is applied to all payments unless paying via direct deposit.
Credit Card on File: All plans require a credit card on file.
Failed Payments: If a payment does not go through, your card will be charged daily until payment is successful. After 15 days of non-payment, services will be paused. After 30 days, the account will be terminated. To resume website plans, the startup fee must be paid again.
Unlimited Design Coverage
Coverage: Unlimited revisions, maintenance, updates, design, and additional pages are included as long as the subscription is active. Revisions must be submitted in writing via email.
Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the website is correct in areas such as spelling and grammar.
Premium Services and Content: Our plans include access to premium services and content for the duration of the active subscription.
Stock Content Access: Website plans include licensed stock content.
Proofing and Approval
Homepage Proof: Delivered in Wix within 24-72 hours.
Development: Completed within 3-5 business days.
Revisions: Completed on average within 24-72 hours, but can take more than 72 hours depending on the complexity of the request.
Proof of Concept: We are happy to provide a proof of concept first via our website design request link. All proofs are free and include unlimited revisions. Upon approval of the proof, a plan must be signed up for to continue into development. Revisions must be submitted in writing via email.
AI-Generated Copy: We offer AI-generated copy via ChatGPT-4o for your convenience. However, it is the client's sole responsibility to check all errors of spelling, grammar, and context.
Hosting and Domain
Inclusions: Hosting and domain fees are included in the plans. Domains purchased by the client via a third party will be connected to your website at no additional cost. The client will remain responsible for domain payments to their third-party provider.
Email Limitation: We cannot create business emails for domains purchased outside of Wix.
SEO Optimization
SEO optimization is done through Wix using their advanced SEO tools. A checklist of completion is available on the Wix dashboard. Alekos Designs will monitor your SEO monthly to ensure the best results.
Platform Limitation
As a partner of Wix, Alekos Designs exclusively works on the Wix platform for website design. We do not offer services for websites built on other platforms.
Ownership of Website
Ownership and Access: Alekos Designs retains ownership of the website for billing and subscription purposes. The clients are given limited access to the Wix dashboard.
Wix Marketplace: Alekos Designs reserves the right to convert your website design into a template and offer it for sale on the Wix Marketplace under Alekos Designs branding.
Google Ads Management
Alekos Designs provides Google Ads management for both Website Plan subscribers and Unlimited Plan clients, with services tailored to the platform being used:
Website Plan Clients: Google Ads are created and managed through the Wix platform. These campaigns are tied directly to the client's Wix website and billed through Wix. Ads created within Wix are associated with a unique account linked to the site.
Unlimited Plan Clients: Google Ads may be managed directly through the Google Ads platform. In these cases, clients must grant Alekos Designs access to their advertising accounts. All ad spend is billed directly to the client by the provider (Google or Wix), and Alekos Designs does not handle or collect ad spend payments on the client’s behalf.
Ownership & Access:
Wix-managed ads are linked to the client's website account on Wix.
Google Ads campaigns managed outside of Wix belong to the client. Alekos Designs requires access to the client's Google Ads account to create and manage campaigns. If access is revoked or not provided, services will be paused until access is restored.
Creative Assets & Copy
Ad creatives, such as graphics and video, are billed separately via QuickBooks.
Advertising copy is generated using AI tools, including ChatGPT and Wix AI, and may be edited for tone, clarity, and performance.
Performance & Results
Alekos Designs does not guarantee specific performance metrics or results. Advertising outcomes may vary based on industry, audience, budget, and other market factors.
Cancellations & Refunds
Google Ads management services are discontinued immediately upon cancellation of the client’s active plan.
No refunds are offered for ad spend, as all advertising costs are paid directly to the provider.
Email Marketing
All Alekos Designs Website Plans include Wix’s free Email Marketing Plan, which allows up to 200 emails per month. If the client wishes to send additional emails beyond this limit, they may upgrade their Wix Email Marketing Plan at their discretion. Any associated upgrade fees will be paid directly by the client to Wix.
Design & Schedule Email Campaigns
We offer design & scheduling for email marketing either through Wix or a platform of the client’s choosing, provided there is an editor we can work in. Clients are responsible for email marketing plan upgrades through Wix or any other third party.

Billing: Add-ons are billed separately from your unlimited plan and are non-refundable.

Cancellations
Effect of Cancellation: Clients may cancel their plan at any time. When a plan is canceled, all services will be terminated. Refunds are generally not offered for our services. However, exceptions may be made under certain circumstances as outlined below. Please refer to our Refund policy page for more information on refunds.
Renewals: Renewals are automatic unless the client wishes to cancel. Cancellation requests must be received before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
Data and Security
We do not store clients' personal information on our computers. All data is securely stored on Wix for websites or Wave/QuickBooks for invoicing. We utilize advanced antivirus software for added protection.
We do not share customer data with anyone, nor do we provide access to our storage for security purposes.
Liability
No Warranty: Alekos Designs makes no warranties regarding the performance or operation of the design services.
Limitation of Liability: Alekos Designs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the design services.
Changes to Terms
Alekos Designs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
