The turnaround time for design requests is typically same-day to 72 hours for proofs and revisions. More complex requests may take longer.

Edits should be submitted in writing, preferably via email, but we’re happy to accommodate requests through Slack or Asana if that’s more convenient for you. Please note that providing access to Slack or Asana accounts is the client’s responsibility. Unlimited Plans receive unlimited edits as long as their subscriptions are active.

We offer a no-obligation trial. Schedule a discovery meeting to discuss your needs and find a trial period that works for you.

Design requests should be submitted in writing, preferably via email, but we’re happy to accommodate requests through Slack, Asana, phone calls, or texts if that’s more convenient for you. Please note that providing access to Slack or Asana accounts is the client’s responsibility. Communication can also take place via call, text, email, Zoom, or Google Meet, based on your preference.

A minimum commitment of 3 months is required before a plan can be canceled. After this period, clients may cancel their plan at any time. When a plan is canceled, the subscription will remain active for the rest of that month. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Renewal cancellations must be received before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

All plans require a credit card on file. Your plan's payment will be process monthly on the same day of signed up. You can manage your plan by logging into you account at www.alekosdesigns.com/members-area/my/my-account. A 4% transaction fee is applied to all payments.

As a partner of Wix, Alekos Designs exclusively works on the Wix platform for website design. We do not offer services for websites built on other platforms.

Yes, hosting fees are included 1 website. We provide Wix Basic or Standard Hosting depending on your needs. Add-ons are available and billed separately. Domains purchased by the client via a third party will be connected to your website at no additional cost; however, the client remains responsible for all domain payments to their third-party provider.

Requests that fall outside the scope of your unlimited plan will be billed per project separately.

We do not store clients' personal information on our computers. All data is securely stored on Wix for websites and Wave for invoicing. We utilize advanced antivirus software for added protection. We do not share customer data with anyone, nor do we provide access to our storage for security purposes.
