Submit a Design Request to Get Started
How it Works
Step 1: Request
Getting started is simple. Submit a design request. This will help us understand your vision.
Step 2: Proof
We will send you a proof within same day to 72 hours of receiveing your request. Revisions typcially take between same-day to 48 hours.
Step 3: Approval
Upon approval, make a payment and receive finals.
How many revisions will I receive?
You’ll receive unlimited revisions during the design process to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Our goal is to make sure you’re completely satisfied with the design before moving forward.
When do I make a payment?
Payment is due upon approval of the proof. You will receive an invoice with a secure payment link. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Apple Pay and direct deposit. Once payment is processed, your final files will be delivered via email.
Can I use print files for digital applications?
Print files and digital files are designed for different applications and are not interchangeable. Print files require 300 DPI (dots per inch) to ensure high-quality output on paper, while digital files are typically created at 72 PPI (pixels per inch), which is ideal for screen viewing. This difference in resolution means that using a digital file for print can result in blurry or pixelated images, and vice versa. For the best results, it's important to use the appropriate file type for your specific needs—digital for online use and print files for physical media.
