General Terms of Service
Welcome to Alekos Designs. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
Content and Intellectual Property
The client retains intellectual property rights to all designs upon approval and receipt of payment. Working files are available at an additional cost. Unlimited plans receive access to all working files at no additional cost. Alekos Designs will provide working files and access to these files via email or a cloud drive provided by the client (Google, OneDrive, Dropbox).
Alekos Designs reserves the right to use all designs created in our portfolios and for advertising purposes.
Proofing & Approval
Clients must approve proofs in writing via email. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure accuracy in spelling, grammar, layout, color, sizes, quantities, and design before approval.
Turnaround Time: Same-day response, same-day to 72 hours for most proofs and revisions, with more complex requests taking longer.
Communication: Clients can communicate via call, text, email, Zoom, or Google Meet. All edits must be submitted in writing.
Unlimited Revisions: Unlimited revisions are covered during the proof process. Once approved, additional edits may be subject to additional fees depending on the situation and reason for the edits.
Unlimited Plans and Website Plans: Unlimited Plans and Website Plans receive unlimited edits as long as their subscriptions are active. There are no additional fees regarding revisions after approval for active subscriptions.
Data and Security
We do not store clients' personal information on our computers. All data is securely stored on Wix for websites or Wave/QuickBooks for invoicing. We utilize advanced antivirus software for added protection.
We do not share customer data with anyone, nor do we provide access to our storage for security purposes.
Specialization in Adobe Creative Cloud
We specialize in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder, and XD. We use the most updated version of the Adobe Creative Cloud.
Payment Terms
Final Deliverables: Final deliverables will be sent to the client upon approval of the design and receipt of payment in full.
Transaction Fee: A 4% transaction fee is applied to all payments unless paying via direct deposit.
Chargebacks and Disputes: Chargebacks and disputes are handled by the payment provider. We dispute all chargebacks.
Cancellations
Effect of Cancellation: Clients may cancel their plan at any time. When a plan is canceled, all services will be terminated. Refunds are generally not offered for our services. However, exceptions may be made under certain circumstances as outlined below. Please refer to our Refund policy page for more information on refunds.
Renewals: Renewals are automatic unless the client wishes to cancel. Cancellation requests must be received before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
Liability
No Warranty: Alekos Designs makes no warranties regarding the performance or operation of the design services.
Limitation of Liability: Alekos Designs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the design services.
Changes to Terms
Alekos Designs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
