General Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not offered for our services, as we invest significant time and resources into each project. However, exceptions may be made under certain circumstances as outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
If there is a significant delay in project delivery due to a fault on our part.
If there is a substantial discrepancy between the final product and the approved proof.
If a print vendor error results in a defective or incorrect product.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at sales@alekosdesigns.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
We will review your request and may ask for additional information or evidence, such as photos of the defective product. This does not guarantee a refund.
If your request is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-30 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for minor errors or discrepancies that were approved by the client in the final proof.
Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the client, such as late approvals or changes in project scope.
Refunds will not be issued for websites, logos, print designs, digital designs, videos or services that have been delivered and accepted by the client.
